It does not include the impossible whopper or any other variant unfortunately. It adds 'Free whopper' to the list of offers your account is eligible for and makes you select it, instead of applying it to the order itself.
Maybe some stores are different. My app won't let me place a new order till after a current order has been picked up.
I just tried it, and I was able to place an order for the free Whopper, and then I successfully made a separate order for the duo wrap combo. I do see they've made it where you have to wait an hour before placing an order with another offer, though. I did do it through the website so not sure if that makes a difference.
Did not work in the app. Code generated in front of the cashier but cashier said it was an invalid code. Manager said to close the app and retry, then asked I remove the promo code again and now the promo code wont work because I already tried to use it. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
why didnt you just order yourself in the app instead of showing it to the cashier? not sure what you mean by "code generated". you and your app dont generate any code. you enter the code that op gave. after the app accepted the code. you will have a tab/button to click so you can add the free whopper to your cart then pay $0.00 for it. no need to show cashier anything.
That's also a problem. Pointing out other struggling people doesn't diminish the problems that others have. Everyone needs to be paid more. People cannot afford to work if they won't make enough to live. There isn't a labor shortage, there's a shortage of people willing and/or able to accept slave wages.
If they offered $100k to run the dining room they'd have it well staffed. I'd happily take that job. It isn't about the job, it's about the pay.
yes, agree. everyone needs to be paid more. then why start with just the lowest ones? trying to get them get paid the same with those who have been working there for 10 years? i have been working there for 10 years. and only making $16. what are you asking now as a starter? $18/hr? get lost.

It's a shame there's no loyalty to people who have been somewhere for so long. It's why retention is horrible right now - the only way to make more is to jump to a competitor. It's short sighted because it costs the company more in lost productivity and training, but that's a different account

Doesn't sound like you've ever used the BK app.
But that sure didn't stop you from posting here did it?
its people. they are too lazy to work now. the same applied to all industries. not just restaurants. i dont know what happened to those who have worked there before. now none of them are back to work. are they all dead due to covid or all got promoted to some better positions? they have put up signs for years and noone really applied. my company cant find anyone to work in the warehouse, despite we are willing to pay a couple dollars more than before the pandemic. its been years. not months.
The cost of living has gone up by more than a few dollars an hour. If they aren't finding people, they aren't paying enough

There are two ways to redeem the offer. You can create a mobile order or redeem it in-store. Either way should work and some people earlier in the tread we're able to use the in-store method when mobile orders gave them a problem. When you order in-store, it generates a 6-digit code to give the cashier to get the offer.
