For those maybe not in the know, the 512GB model is 8 core CPU and 14 core GPU and the 1TB not only doubles the storage for the extra $100, but also is 10 core CPU and 16 core GPU. Definitely worth the extra $100.

Also, looks like you can't add AC+ to this, whereas the MicroCenter version does.

Note: Yes, the page says 90 days but I was able to add 1 year Warranty by calling Apple, which also added option to add apple care+ for me ( but may be YMMV).

FYI- I believe the 90 day warranty is from Amazon/Woot and decided to give a try with Apple which worked out good.

Did you tell the Apple agent you bought it refurbished at Amazon, and they extended the warranty for one year from the purchase date?
