For those who don't have a micro center for the 1TB - $1399 deal, Amazon via WOOT has the Renewed Late 2021 Apple MacBook Pro with Apple M1 Pro chip (14 inch, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD) for $1399.
Even though it says Renewed , I received an Apple Certified refurbished fully sealed(see attached pic) with 2 battery cycle. Also confirmed by few reviews in the website. I was able to call Apple and get 1 year Warranty and also eligible for adding Apple care (YMMV).

For those maybe not in the know, the 512GB model is 8 core CPU and 14 core GPU and the 1TB not only doubles the storage for the extra $100, but also is 10 core CPU and 16 core GPU. Definitely worth the extra $100.
Posted because it felt like a good deal for 1TB pro machine and apple certified one.
