I was able to check out successfully.
Target: Unlock a stackable 15% off a qualifying storewide purchase as a thank you for your loyalty. 10/1-10/7 only.
Target mentions the offer is stackable with circle week offers. I did a test run with a 20% off cereal Target circle offer and it did stack the 15%. It could be useful as more circle week offers appear outside of the exclusion list. Xbox is one of the brands not excluded.

But I shop there a lot so maybe they know I'll buy stuff anyway.
Shrug.
Also received "$15 off a $75 purchase" offer on the rarely used account; main account had offer for "$15 off a $110 purchase".

- first submit was rejected by my Discover card (for fraud protection - received text from Discover saying it rejected and to confirm Y which I did and Discover asked to resubmit). After first submit, Target checkout page asked to check payment info and resubmit. Second submit went through at Target as I had already confirmed w/ Discover the order was good. May be couple of minutes later, I saw zeros on the order page for quantities. When checked it said order cancelled.
