Post #22 lists out the eligible AmEx cards.
I had Amex Blue and loaded one of these offers but tried to redeem today. Was told as of 10/3, Amex Blue no longer is participating in Amazon points. Must convert card to Amex Everyday with no annual fee. They are pretty sure the current offers loaded on the Amex card will transfer over as well as additional cardholders. The other stuff like enhanced rental car insurance, not really sure. Amex Blue is still around but they are not taking any new applications.

What's 714 points even worth at Amazon...considering they're only giving 15% w/max discount of $15
BTW AMEX points on Amazon are worth about .07. There are plenty of ways to use AMEX points for travel where you can get twice the value or more.
