the is a return of a previous promotion that ended in july (i think). last time it was $10 off $10.01+ purchases. this time it's $15 off.

I know that I had 1 account last week with this offer and discover and today both shows "not eligible". Same with my wife's account. I think the era of people qualifying for this kind of offer on multiple accounts is over.
I also noticed that earlier on several accounts...that would be terrible lol

it will come back again next year. in the mean time, i'd advise removing your citi and discover cards from your amazon account so that when this deal comes back you will be eligible.
