I own two of these. I've also had some higher end dell monitors, and various others. I personally think this looks better than even the ultra sharp dell monitors. there is less glare, and the stand is better (hp 32 has an all metal stand. Given that both which I own are fantastic, I'll say it's a pretty underrated monitor. Not only is the stand great but the power supply is external and easily replaced.
The drawback to this monitor is its DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 2.0. So, you can't do 10bit (they are doing 8bit +fre) and HDR at the same time. This is an annoying limitation, but for 350 easily overlooked given the quality of the monitor and the color. It also get much brighter than it's rated for (at least the three I have and again brighter than the UltraSharp). IMO it's about as good as most 500-600 if not better 4k monitors for office applications.
If you go to hp they will also match the price, and you can buy a 3 year warranty for 40 dollars. Up to you if you want to do that. In that case you also lose on the price 5%. I'd personally for this price buy it on amazon.
