Have 1080p, 1440p and 1600p monitors at 15.6 inches and let me tell you, the 1600 hdr monitors are blowing me away. It's sharp and so clear compared to the 1080p which now appears blocky to my eyes. 1440p is somewhere in the middle but closer to 1600p. Should be good for mobile gaming either way.

You can always bump up the DPI in windows to ensure text is not appearing too small, but stays sharp.

Likely minus a restocking fee. I can't find newegg's specific policy, but Walmart says they can charge up to 20% fee.
