Can one person do it? I was looking at the manual inside the drawer at costco and it showed that the desk needs to be upside down when assembling. It's over 100 pounds. How easy was it to flip it over afterwards?
Also keep in mind that while the glass adds a significant amount of weight, it mostly just rests on top of the frame. If it isn't bonded, you might be able to take it off and set it aside until the unit is upright.
In any case, glass seems like an accident waiting to happen with these standing desks. One bump on the edge or accidentally lowering it while your chair is pushed too far in and you lose everything.

I don't mind the cross bar under the desk at all. It's a footrest.
I have my chair's armrest set an inch below the bottom of the desk so the chair can fit under the desk. This desk is no different than any other desk. If you want your armrests high enough, then it will bump into the desk. Not a problem unique to this desk.
Motor, fit/finish, and functionality all going strong after 3 years of daily usage.

Item #1646074
Sunnyvale, CA.
Item price on white paper.
Also a Costco corporate Red Sale paper 9/27 to 10/22.
This is the lowest price ever in-store.
Very sturdy but 24" totally isn't enough depth for almost all techie workers.
Having sincr 2019 for fully wfh. Glass tabletop👌.
