You can swap the SSD later on but you can't change the processor.
With the i3 not only are you getting a weaker processor but also a weaker iGPU, that is, Intel UHD.

I was looking for same in reviews few ppl mentioned it's possible to upgrade ram.

I have a gut feeling that if this 8gb ram (laptop cames with) swapped to dual channel ram - this might enable iris xe graphics on uhd models, but never tested myself, can only assume based on intels 1235u cpu specs and few forum posts…
