I will never buy another Hisense TV. I bought one and it lasted just over two years, with minimal use, before falling victim to the memory failure.

Both TV's are like $40 more than last year. You would think the price would be lower after a year. The Hisense has been a decent TV and gets plenty of use.

It would be real nice of them if they could let me buy one, especially since the one I bought almost exactly 3 years ago just went out. 😭

sad, "invite" only for 50 dollars more than last year on smaller size Amazon TV. And 50 dollars more for Hisense tv. No deal here.

Still have the 55" $109 Fire TV in a sealed box from last year. Trying to convince myself why I need another
I remember you from last Fall for the 55 inch and Hisense 50 inch "lighting deals", at least we knew when deal came and either we got it or not. It is 5 days before Prime Day, and this "invite" only type thing, doesn't interest me. Bring back "lightening deal" format.

gee, I got in 2022 during BF sale the Hisense 50 inch, it is fire edition. Did anyone get that memory error on this tv. I just checked my memory on the Hisense, and it has 9 gb free out of 11 gig total. I didn't add any apps to it. I have this hisense connected to my PC, and mostly just use screen for pc use. And I have firesticks, roku still, google sticks ... so I guess use them on this Hisense.

It seems like most of the people on the reddit were google OS. H8g series. If people put lots of apps on it, and used chrome browser, it can load up to 1gb per hour in cache, so it could fill up the memory. I guess just be careful. I don't like how Hisense is not doing recall on that model, if it has faulty memory fatal error, by lots of users.

I don't think the bots all have prime membership, but I could be wrong.
