I already used the coupon with a $1.29 ice tea purchase. $20 reward cash showed up in my account immediately.

I got flu shot today. I am going to get COVID shot tomorrow. You can get both shots at the same time and will receive 2 x $20 Reward Catalina coupons since they have to ring up each shots separately, according to people who have done that in Walgreens Wdays thread. If you don't get the Catalina coupons to print for you, ask Walgreens employees for assistant. My pharmacy tech told me I was going to get $20 reward Catalina coupon printed out while I was checking out. (He knew about the deal.) The $20 reawrd Catalina coupon is valid for 14 days. Mine expires 10/19. I already used it while I was there today.
