I said representative and it connected me to someone in just a few seconds. She had to call their pharmacy department to validate that I got my vaccine but she credited me $20 a few minutes later.

i told my rep that they didnt't give me a receipt. she called their pharmacy department to get the info she needed to give me the $20 credit.
