I use it as a deep skillet more than anything, but I really do like it. If anyone is having an issue with the non-stick, just remember you need to preheat the pan before putting your food in it. I can't advocate using this with pasta because it seems to be a little too shallow for it to work effectively. Been using mine for several months and it still looks good.
Regarding the price, is it usually on sale for around $100? If so, maybe better to wait until a 30% or 40% off coupon.

Ninja warranty support wasn't that good either. Only offered me a discount on new ones.

Not saying it's a bad pan - the neverstick line is good - but what you're going to use this form factor for, nonstick is generally not going to be a factor and you could get a stainless version for the price and never replace it.
This would be a great pan for someone who is space limited and cooking in larger quantities or for whom easy cleaning is the most important thing.
