Does Federal Tax Credit work for those who are Federal Tax exempt? I meant for those few professions that are Federal Tax exempt. Not for those who paid fully their Federal Taxes taxes during a year. Thank you.

Do you know how your battery is made? They need to excavate millions of tons of earth to get cobalt and other minerals using…. Guess ???

They use heavy machinery, dump trucks, excavators, etc. that use dead dinosaur corpses and spew worse pollution than a modern car with worse fuel economy.

Lucky for you, many mines are using green technology… human slave labor, children included.
I am pretty much don't know and don't care how the new battery is made and so does everyone. It is the company trade patent. If you know how the battery made for Tesla, you are already a billionaire like Musk..Mines are never "green" and using "green" technology. Human destroys nature through mining.

No, it went up by 2 grand! I've been actually checking their prices on the daily basis, the cheapest model 3 was 36k for a long time right up until yesterday and lots of inventory on the basic colors. Now prices went to 38,990$. While everyone says prices were cut, it's actually the opposite, prices went up and inventory reduced
Here is a spreadsheet that tracks the Tesla prices. https://docs.google.com/spreadshe...1969187900

Foo, come back to us when you get 1 mil. + on your ODO which some ICE cars made decades ago have already done. Tesla is not breaking ground on longevity. A Corolla can outlast a Tesla. And Tesla makes the opposite of an "appliance" which is why they got to charge a premium all these years.
Corolla outlast Ford, Dodge Chrysler, BMW Mercedes.... What your point? Can Corolla tow 1500lbs? Can you hear your passengers driving 70mph?
Each car in it's own category.

That's a pretty ignorant point of view. Here's some insight-

How can you say a car that's only been available for four years last forever? Have you heard of battery degradation. In 10 years from now your batter range will be closer 200 miles if it still works. On top of this you aren't exempt from bearing replacement, tie rods, control arms and bushings. We have no idea how long these will cars will last.
battery degradation is about 12% after 200k miles for the old cells. new cells showing similar results after about the first year where most of the degradation happens. even newer cells (4680) are rated for 1 million miles of operation along with the drivetrains.

Corollas are actually very quiet on the highway, I used to hear my passengers fine doing 75 on the bumpy, dilapidated highways around here. No one buys a Corolla or Tesla to tow stuff, so kind of a moot point there.

Tesla are great gas savers but terrible on insurance cost, I won't get one until the annual insurance cost drops below 2000/yr. If you drive a Tesla the avg insurance cost is 3300/yr. My ice car costs 1200/y for for coverage
Insurance varies greatly. I cannot say mine is bad, but I have 3 drivers (one 20yo) and 2 teslas and I pay 1500/yr with good coverage. It didn't go up when I went from a 1yo honda minivan to a MY. https://imgur.com/a/6h0RWtu

Looks that way... they changed the program to offer incentives to those with lower incomes.

In a few years Tesla gonna be priced like Toyota when China saturates the market with its homegrown EVs unless the US levy tariff to protect Tesla.

TESLA = JUNK. Over priced and over hyped
Also has the highest brand loyalty and repeat buyers than any other car manufacturer. I guess people that buy one, love them enough to continue buying them.
