Not sure if this is available everywhere, but I just bought some of this and they delivered it for free in 1 day.
I live in CA, and it worked in VA where my son lives.
(I've used this brand many times before, and I own 3 large trucks - Freightliner, Hino, International - so I can vouch for it).

It's an OK price in that in includes free shipping, if necessary, but you should be able to find this cheaper locally.
I have a local fuel oil supplier that puts DEF on sale with big holidays throughout the year.
On black friday they had 55 gallon drums of DEF on sale for $99 (normally $135) and now during their Xmas sale, they have 5 gal boxes of DEF on sale.
Each box contains (2) of these 2.5 gallon jugs, so 5 gallons total for $13.95. these are normally $20/box.
check your local fuel oil suppliers for DEF sales.
