From what I can tell is the Arata line is same as Chosera, just thinner (20mm vs 25mm). It also comes without a base or nagura. But, prices are pretty nice! Other size are also on sale, but not as good price wiseMake sure seller is Amazon Japan

I don't even own a honing rod. I need to figure out what to do to keep my chef's knives sharp besides taking them to get professionally done once a year or so. I'll have to look at this. Thanks!
