The Intel version has an RTX A500 dGPU. They didn't put one into the AMD version, because the Ryzen 7's iGPU actually performs better [videocardbenchmark.net].
This is about as far away from a loud and warm workstation as you can get. It's 3 pounds, runs one of the most efficient high-performance CPUs, and doesn't have discrete graphics. That said, I'm a little disappointed it doesn't have an NVIDIA GPU.
USB4 is thunderbolt compatible. Works with eGPUs

It's really a bummer that none of these business laptops have bigger 90wh batteries

They probably figured the extra 10 mins of runtime with bigger battery isn't worth it.

What kind of workflow requires HDR display, no eGPU and no Thunderbolt? Genuinely curious.

Ryzen pro is ISV certified so it doesn't have those artificial encumbrances that made autocad and solidworks slow on consumer parts.

Usb4 is basically TB3, which would have been unmentionable with AMD in the same sentence in the past.

HDR along with the OLED are totally sales points for media consumption. If you want accuracy, IPS is (currently) still the winner.

On the good news front regarding OLED...the burn in that's so prevalent with older phones doesn't seem to be an issue here. The older 15.6 inch OLED on my P15 has no burn in and it's been used constantly (10 hrs a day) for just over three years.
