DJI owners,looking for best picture quality but Mavic too much $$$

Need opinions on my next drone.
I had Mini 3 Pro and was able to recover my $ two weeks ago. I liked the drone a lot, but was a bit underwhelmed by the night pics. Everything else was great.
I am considering an Air 2S with the 1" sensor.
If you own one, what is the good and the bad. So far the worst for me is no USB C charging.
The Mini 4 pro supposedly has better night capabilities than the Mini 3 pro, anyone test it?
Lastly Mavic 3, not pro, with the 4/3 seems perfect except for the price.
I am a hobbyist, but the 107 is no problem, and I can shoot Real Estate for a bit of $$ if the market picks up some day. Right now, the agents that give me still picture business are slooow.
