Whats the model number of TV? Is it a 4K UHD or HDR etc? Is it worth trying?

Same here, was waiting to see what new deals arrived today but November 1st arrived with worse promos than the ones from last month, current promotions end on the 14th of this month so I hope they're saving better deals for BF

I bought the cheapest phone moto g play($100) for 5 bucks a month. now it shows qualified. I will cancel the line after receiving the TV

I redeemed the reward like a week after I had activated a new line with a device. The xfinity chat rep told I don't qualify since I didn't redeem the reward before activating. But now, about 3 weeks later, I see on the rewards page my TV is ready to ship. Hoping the TV makes it to me, I have a question: Is this TV absolutely mine (i.e. can I sell it off) or is there some restriction like lined to my account or need to return at some point?

I'm so sad, unboxed my TV today to setup to see the screen is cracked during delivery, the box has no signs of damage but the screen is beat up on the left side badly. I have no hope of getting it replace from Comcrap reward so it's going to the dumpster.

Hope you haven't tossed it yet! Mine arrived a few days ago with some dead pixels. I called the number on the Xfinity incentive tracker website today, and the agent asked me to email her some information so they can send out a replacement.

Yes I called them also 2 weeks ago, I choose the $300 prepaid debit card option instead of replacement, I took pictures of the TV and reply to their emails like they ask, next day got an email saying ticket has been open "under review and has been assigned to an agent", Estimated close date:
11/21/2023, it's been 5 business day I still haven't hear anything back from them, I'm gonna give them a few more days before contact them about it. Let me know how it goes for you.

Have you heard anything back yet? I never heard back after sending in the photos, but the incentive tracker was just updated to show that a shipping label was created for my replacement TV. The prepaid debit card would have been awesome, but I wasn't given that option. Here's hoping my replacement TV will be in good condition!
