If you buy one of these save the box, if there are any issues and you need to send it back (which Segway is pretty good about) it's almost impossible to find a box with the right dimensions and padding - FedEx and UPS don't stock anything that size.

I just purchased a phantomgogo from costco which has similar specs, 350watt listed 11% grade as i realized how useful a scooter could be after riding a lime. I didn't do much research and knew it would be easy to return to costco, but i was really disappointed with the performance especially up any sort of slope. I'm not even sure what grade the slopes in question are I just know that anything remotely uphill will slow me down to almost walking speeds. I'm taking a longer route in one case to avoid a hill i cannot get over. Now I'm looking at 750w+ models.

I've been in the market for an electric scooter and I'm tempted to pull the trigger on this one. Does anybody have any feedback regarding the 10% hill grade performance? I worry it might not be enough since I plan on using it around the Denver, CO area and surrounding mountain towns.

I have an E22, which I THINK is pretty much the same minus the firmware and the ES2 has suspension. I like it, no issues after a month of use and you can get the extended battery used on eBay for $90(takes my speed to 15.5MPH). Also, I paid $250 for the E22.

f40 specs are pretty shameful quality for money wise. No suspension, only 350 w? Just a m365 knockoff with a big battery.

I had a nice one of these but they don't track if they get disconnected from your phone and the lock doesn't stay on when they turn off. So when someone stole it I couldn't lock or track it. Hopefully people aren't kleptos in your part of the world like mine but sucks

I have the es4 which is basically an es2 with a larger battery. They advertise a 25 miles range, but it's really only maybe 15 if you go max speed on sport mode. Just be aware of that if you need to go a certain range.

This is definitely a great price to get into a e-scooter. However, I think I'm going to wait for Black Friday and hope I can pick one of these up a little bit cheaper. I warmer last sure. During Black Friday there were a lot of deals on eScooter and this shirt there should be even more.
