This is a great scooter for beginners. Make sure you fill up the tires before you ride it. Easy to put together, ride is smooth with the big pnumatic tires, app works well. I had bought 2 of them from the last Segway deal for around $300 each and came with free helmets. I also bought an e12 for my sons bday.. it rode nice for him also. The biggest negative was the range was not even close as stated. Both F25 scooters were rated at 12.2mile range but the best i could get was about 6miles in eco mode. I weigh 165, temps are in the mid 70s. Tires are up to pressure, this is going on flat paved roads with a handful of stops. This was the same with my sons e12, he is 70lb and the e12 only got 3miles per charge when it was rated 6.6. The lack of range made it difficult to keep as we planned to use it for a bit longer distances. Sadly i had to return them all. Good thing was their customer service was great in the rma process. Make sure you keep the box and packaging if you buy this just in case you decide to return it.

Bottom line is dont expect the range of this scooter to be anywhere close to rated especially if you go up any type of incline.
