Downside is, if you actually build it and it sucks, are you really going to dissemble it and return it?

Yes. It's all one box. We got ours friday and put it together Saturday. My husband 200lbs was climbing up and down the ladders to put it together and it held fine with little wobble and no bowing. Many of the joints are double and triple reinforced. My 3 year old hasn't been able to make it wobble at all. The railings on the balcony part with the telescope are very tall too. My son is 38-39" and cant really see over them.
Do you have it anchored in the ground yet? If so, how was that? I have turf and am trying to figure out if it's worth cutting holes in it to anchor this down or not
