I have used nutricost protein, creatine, and aminos before. All have been solid, the flavor and mixability are all pretty good. Certainly, for the price this is a no-brainer for me.

This is my brand. Always get the unflavored, keep it clean. I've now switched to the isolate, but that's unfortunately not on a big sale. Anyways, been using this brand and unflavored for years and no issues with quality.

Any idea where this is manufactured?

Any lactose intolerant people here have any experience with this protein powder?
You want whey isolate

Same price for other flavors. Is chocolate worth it?

Edit: it has been $40 as recently as early 2021. Makes me question the quality compared to ON.
As for me - better quality than ON. But I use both due to sales on ON

Anyone know how the flavors taste?
I've only had the isolate, but it was pretty good in chocolate peanut butter. Concentrates usually taste better, so this is likely to be at least decent (at least by my standards, which are pretty low as one who came into this world in the 90s and early 2000s, when protein powders used to taste horrible).

Is this 30g or 25g of protein? So many inconsistencies on the page itself..

Seems like a solid deal on the unflavored, 25g of protein for a 33g scoop is pretty good, ~76%. The flavored ones not so much, and added artificial sweetener (sucralose) is a negative. Remember getting 11lb of myprotein unflavored for $55, now that's $140, so this looks like the best price per gram today.
Exactly. I have a hard time finding unflavored protein at a good price point. Many people don't do the percent protein by dry weight math on the flavored products either... Paying for filler.

Anyone try this before? This is probably one of the better prices in a while.
Makes me fart A LOT. Worth just paying the extra to move a step up and get the isolate. Concentrate is garbage.

Just my two cents (referring specifically to the unflavored version)

1. It's not isolate, if that's important to you
2. 25g of protein in 33g serving size. Normally I expect 25g protein in about 28g of whey isolate, but I don't know how much to expect for non-isolate.

The US is the largest cheese producer in the world, so whey protein is sourced domestically from a handful of massive cheese manufacturers. Up until around a couple decades ago it was a waste stream... Now the demand for protein is so high that it represents a major side steam revenue.

Can you just buy prime then cancel once you get your order or will they still charge you?
