I have used nutricost protein, creatine, and aminos before. All have been solid, the flavor and mixability are all pretty good. Certainly, for the price this is a no-brainer for me.

This is my brand. Always get the unflavored, keep it clean. I've now switched to the isolate, but that's unfortunately not on a big sale. Anyways, been using this brand and unflavored for years and no issues with quality.

Your comment isn't based on facts. Whey has a PDCAAS value of 1.0 and DIAAS value of 1.09 making it one of the most digestible and bioavailable proteins sources for humans. Plant proteins typically have PDCAAS of 0.7 to 0.95. Hydrolyzed, processed forms of plant proteins can help get the score closer to 1 but involves significant energy, thus increasing carbon intensity. Plant proteins also tend to have ANFs (anti nutritional factors) like stachyose, raffinose and gossypol that can be very problematic for some people.

Have purchased the vanilla flavor. I would say of all the protein powders I've tried (ON, MyProtein, Wal-Mart brand Equate) Nutricost mixes and tastes the best. Excellent value for money.

Anti-nutrient myth about plants is just fear mongering, usually by animal based eaters. Anti-nutrients may also exert health benefits. Phytates, for example, have been found to lower cholesterol, slow digestion, and prevent sharp rises in blood sugar. Many anti-nutrients have antioxidant and anticancer actions, so avoiding them is not recommended. Dairy, including whey, is not beneficial for the gut microbiome.
