Mini Pros:
- Sound quality.
The little spark mini manages to sound so much bigger and fuller.
- Different Amp Sounds / Effects. The spark is a modelling amp with a ton of effects available.
You can make nearly any guitar sound/tone with it. Or you can use those that other people have already made via the cloud.
- On board rechargeable battery.
- Sound quality.

If money isn't an issue, the mini wins hands down.

Unless you're really set on pink I'd go with the Bones version since it has Bluetooth. I picked one up when it was $50 and it's been a great practice amp.

Yeah, mine saw a lot of use prior to getting the Spark Mini. Now it collects dust.

In a similar boat, but this one is only $40 vs $200. Now granted the blackstar according to reviews does not come with a power cable, but is the spark mini worth the additional $$$?

Streaming backing tracks to the amp for you to play along with.
Or to use it as a bluetooth speaker.

But would we really be here if money wasnt an issue? Were talking about an amp that costs 5x-6x more and comparing it?

I too have a more expensive amp but I end up using this more than half the time just because of the convenience. This is a great practice amp for the money, especially with the built-in bluetooth.

Yeah but would we really be here if money wasn't part of the equation? You are comparing an amp that costs 5x-6x more?

Get the bluetooth version, you can beat the quality for this price.

Being able to use this as a bluetooth speaker is a huge usability bonus. Streaming in a backing track without worrying about an aux cable is even nicer of a feature.

The Bones bluetooth model was worth the extra $10 over the pink one back when it was $50. It's a no brainer now that it's down to $40
