Looks like a really good deal for a full fat 150W 3070ti and 1440p panel. Is this buy it now pricing?

Nice, price has significantly come down. I would jump on this, assuming the refurb from Acer is good. I had a Lenovo legion refurb laptop bought from eBay that lasted 3 to 4 years(still works but just collecting dust since i upgraded) without a single hiccup. also came looking brand new.

edit: The quality of the screen and plastic case/hinges are the least of my concerns because I use external monitors. as everyone knows, Lenovo Legion is built like a tank. i have no personal exp about acer other than some chromebooks which were good.

This laptop has almost everything I want but what is the screen brightness and color accuracy?

I have 250 nit with 45% ntsc or something like that average screen, I want 500nit with better colors.
