I've been watching this since yesterday, not sure if it's a good price.

last week they had 4070's under $500 but that was with the $50 Zipit promo code. How easy is it to sell the game code?

The 4070 still significantly outperforms the 3070. This is a good deal on the card + game.

How much is a new 3080 with 3 year warranty? Compare apples to apples to be fair.

Anyone who buys the code will need an RTX 40-series GPU (RTX 4070 minimum) to redeem it. So, I'd say not easy, but not very hard either.
