That's because the fan connector are Rosewill only. It crams the fan and argb into a single connector so you won't be able to connect it to the motherboard.

I don't see anything misprinted here, it comes with the Hub, you connect all fans to it (not motherboard), then connect the Hub to addressable 5V RGB motherboard headers

Fan speed is just low medium high controlled by remote, there is no PWM or voltage control or ramping or temperature curve.
