It's super dumb of Amazon not to allow price change refunds within the return window but I guess they're counting on most people not putting in the effort to do it but it's such a waste of resources for them and the world.

User Error You didn't put the cap on right! Mine leaked the first day and I readjusted the lid...NEVER leaked again on THREE of them the past two years. These bottles are tanks!

I have one of these and love it! They make a bracket for your bicycle. It's like $18 but its great to be able to carry so much liquid.

I just got mine and the hinge for the cap seems susceptible to failure, but other than that it seems like good quality. Definitely bummed about that price change.

They waited for previous ones ship. These ones are expected to arrive early November. Well expect people to return first for the better price. They didn't need the bottle right away anyways.

I've heard some stainless steel bottles will leak chemicals when using hot beverages,.

I ordered mine from the previous deal on sept 19, mine will be delivered Oct 16. I tried to get a price adjustment and Amazon said return it reorder it and wait to receive it as expected nov delivery. Seems like a waste of resources when a 4$ gift card can be magically added to my account.

Hot beverages are completely safe for these. This CamelBak bottle uses only food grade 18/8 stainless steel and Tritan (supposedly one of the safest plastics) for the cap.

Liners are more common in aluminum bottles since aluminum is reactive to certain liquids (stainless steel is non reactive so it doesn't need a liner).
