A "business" can be quite broad. You don't have to be registered with an EIN and can use your SSN only.
So selling on Facebook marketplace, holding a yard sale, etc. Can qualify as a business. A business doesn't even need to have a special name, it could be just under your name.
However, the one main thing to almost all business credit cards in the terms and conditions it says a business card can only be used for business expenses and a violation of the terms and conditions can result in the card being revoked.
They likely won't, as any card swipe gets them money.

This is what Slickdeals is for, sharing the knowledge. you can apply that statement to many deals
That's fair, but this one has been around for at least a decade. I'd imagine if it became too popular they would take it away. They already made it where you can't do it with 2 personal card offers and make us have a business card.
This one is an ad anyways, look all the way at the top, it has an advertiser disclosure, most of the deals on SD don't have that
I think that's just because Slickdeals can make money from chase if you use their link. I'm not actually worried about it. This is how I started though. Have had companion pass for the last 8 years. Gets me to Cabo 4 times a year. Great deal.
Isn't this only for new cards? How do you repeat it every year?
