S is better than Q (Q is the newer 'affordable' series)
Higher number = better
Plus = Auto-empty dock
Ultra = Ultra auto-empty dock (more features)
S = High End
Q = Affordable
# = Generation
Plus = Includes Basic Empty Dock
Ultra = Includes High End Dock (seems to be the triple dock or advanced dock with empty + maintain)
Max/MaxV/Max+ = Think of them like "model facelifts" of each model. Sometimes it's additional features, sometimes it's a more powerful motor.
Pro = Again, seems to be the "facelift" of each model with newer features.
+ = Again, different line of features on each model. It's pretty inconsistent.

My last order was not long ago, and it was a shit show. I paid $950 (via their ebay store), and they shipped me a S7 Max Ultra (not the MaxV that I ordered). They wanted multiple sets of photos, phone number, etc. Then I had to box and ship the incorrect order back. Then they wanted to wait to receive and verify it was working, and only then did they send me my order. The entire ordeal took well over a month, and they had my money the entire time. It was frustrating, and I showed them a screenshot of the app displaying the nine different RoboRock machines I have, and they didn't care. It was an awful experience. But all the other refurbs have been normal orders.
I will state that every refurb I've bought always came dirty or with noticeable blemishes, but they all worked except the very first one from 6-7 years ago.

Not necessarily a better vac.
And in some cases they replaced an S model (like the S4 Max) with a Q model (the Q5) before phasing out the earlier one.

Is there any way to have a ramp or some sort so that this or other robot vacs can 'figure out' and essentially climb up or down to / from this sunken room?
Physically lifting the robot down every day, or buying a 2nd one -- both seem excessive.
