It's a great marketing company. Their protein isn't super high quality (it's a mix of concentrate, isolate last time I looked) and honestly, I didn't think their flavors were all that great given the big brand names they got to work with them (Oreos, Chips ahoy, etc.)

personally I like to have my protein straight with no flavoring lol, but I can see the appeal of having something fun to drink. In for one just for kicks.

They make fire energy drinks - the Mango and Creamsicle are my favorites by far. They have a whole "Sour" line like Warheads, Sour Belts, etc., if you prefer tart.

Butttttt, I'll stick to Optimum Nutrition for my proteins. When Costco does the 5-6# bags for $50, I usually grab two.

It's always 20 percent off. I love Ghost and the label is a lot more transparent than other companies. The cereal milk flavors I can't do, they all taste like buttered popcorn to me. The collaboration flavors are so good though and this stuff mixes amazing. I only drink ghost and ryse. It's expensive but I actually enjoy taking my shake every day. I'll never go back to buying protein powder in larger quantities and being stuck with the same flavor for months or lesser quality protein
