I usually go down a size. UA I have to go up a size.
I'd buy both and return what doesn't fit with the free returns

I would buy 11. Going 12 may be too big and will get bigger once you wear it for a bit

If you have wide feet, definitely size up. I bought the closed-toe Adilettes, when a similar deal came up last year(I think I paid $10). I usually need a 10.5-11 wide sneaker, so went with 12 and, although they were just a touch snug, they stretched nicely to my foot. They are, now, one of my favorite things to throw on if I am just running out!
