Seems like the page on Amazon is loaded with fake reviews. I've used these in the past and would not recommend buying them again. They consistently died within several weeks when used in the ignitor in my weber grill. I tried using them in LED candles and they died pretty quick too. You get what you pay for.

Terrible quality and price. You can buy 100 from harbor freight for less than $10 and they are better.

Right? Imagine recommending Harbor Freight over literally anything else. Yikes.

how's this compare to the larger pack of the "industrial" ones?

+1 on this question. I'm curious about the performance tradeoff on the basics over the industrial. I see it's a 5yr shelf life on industrial and 10yr on the basics, but can anyone share real world experience in other areas?

I've been buying the Amazonbasics batteries for years and have noticed recent batches can go bad faster. Will likely just buy Sam's/Costco brand next time I'm desparate

Rechargeables work well in some but certainly not all applications

If you can wait, there should be some great deals on batteries at Home Depot and Lowe's during the black Friday sales.
