I can't speak for every electric car but most electric cars efficiency is between 3-5 miles/kWh. To see how much range you get per night is a simple math equation. 32A X 240V = 7680kW. Let's then round down to 7kW due to inefficiencies anywhere along the system. Multiply 7kW with 3-5 miles/kWh and you get between 21-35 miles of charging/hour. Let's say you start charging at midnight to maximize on time of use billing and you leave for your work place at 7am. You have 7 hour x 21-35 miles of charging/hour = 147 to 245 miles of charging/night. Batteries may get bigger but efficiency will most certainly improve. Unless your daily commute runs over 150 miles every day, then this charger will suffice no matter how big the battery is. The only factors that matter are the cars efficiency and the length of your commute.
Not bad. Though price is $79 out the door after tax and shipping. Looks like the tax is based on the full MSRP price, not the discounted price.
FYI: MUST already own an EV - will not qualify otherwise - they ask for verification.

Looks good. Looks like you have to live in Sacramento and be on some sort of program. But good deal if you can get it.

Is there a way to adapt this to my 10-30 dryer outlet or no? As in safe with an adapter if I just limit it to 24 amps in the charge with car's app?

I got this a couple of years ago for around $60 after Xcel energy rebates in Colorado.
Their android app used to suck, but they recently revamped the app and it is working great so far.
This does not have any physical button on it which I miss because I have enabled schedule charging to charge only during night but sometimes would like to override it, can override via app or it has Alexa and Google integrations to initiate an override charge cycle.

That should work. There might even be a setting within the charger itself that can do this as well. I know that my Tesla Wall Charger had a dial inside of it which I used to set it to 42 amps rather than 50.

How strict is the verification? Could I take a picture of my neighbor's tesla and submit that?

Suggest looking at the reviews on JuiceBox's app. It may deter you from getting this deal. Lots of connectivity issues.

Same here, but it's still a killer deal. Mine has already shipped and will be here in a few days.
