I'm confused or otherwise don't understand. Are you referring to Dave from this as in Dave Thomas from Wendy's? This is Dave's Hot Chicken which is another place.

One slider isn't enough to entice me to drive 20 minutes to the nearest location. Dave's is decent chicken sandwiches though, just a bit too far from me so not a place I would go to regularly.

Dave's Hot Chicken is fantastic and very good. But damn, they're expensive. I paid $15 for a one piece chicken tender and a slider with fries and a drink.

I dislike that this requires you to scan it in store, I want to do an online pickup so I don't have to stand in line with all the people.

We LOVE Dave's hot chicken, it's awesome for a family too. Buy a tenders box and a fries box, you can pick up some cheap buns from Walmart or the gas station and you've got ten sliders and fries for like $55. One slider fills me up and I'm a big guy so this goes a long way.
