Instead of a couch and a love seat, I bought two of these for $999 last year. They seem to be holding up well.

How comfortable is it overall? I assume it is all one piece? Seems like really heavy I want to put it in the basement but I guess issue too is that would be pain when we move out next year. Price seems nice tho especially if it were $999.

It's not that heavy. It's not uncomfortable, but it's not oversized and super cushy either. It's just sort of normal.

It appears that I have a similar couch with the same color and leather as this and I can say mine is very comfortable and looks great. I paid less for mine but $1200 would be worth it if I was buying it again.

It's pretty heavy, but when it stretch out, the leg support is not long enough, if you are taller than 6', probably not a good choice. But top grain leather feels great and quality is solid. I remember it's one hundred dollars cheaper if buying it in store before

For the money, this is a very nice heavy-duty leather couch. We have had ours for 2 years. I do use a leather cleaner on it every 2 weeks
