Ridgid is a brand owned by Emerson, who makes some of their own tools but also contracts with other companies for manufacturing and has deals to let other companies use the Ridgid the name.

The Lifetime Service Agreement is only for Ridgid tools produced/sold by Techtronic Industries.

The Ridgid NEXT plug in power tools are made by Delta and come with a 5-year warranty.

Whats better, this deal or the just the delta saw from menards for $300 (i don't have a menards near me and the rebate is only for in store credit only)

They are giving away the sander because they are terrible and can't sell them.

$130 cheaper without the rebate and ofcourse can't ship to CA because it could cause cancer according to prop 65.
