Do they have these same specs with a 4060 for $1400?
I'm presuming this is the SKU you're referring to: #6536571. They're both under the Acer Predator 18 label, but there are some significant differences besides the 4060/4080 contributing to the price gap.
The biggest one is for sure the display. The model OP listed has the 1000 nit, 2560 x 1600, 250hz Mini LED panel while the other $1,400 variant has the 300 nit, 1920 x 1200, 165hz IPS panel. I imagine this distinction is the reason this particular model is so difficult to find. I've had 2 of my orders cancelled by Best Buy already due to low stock despite my being able to add it to cart and process everything. I'm hoping this one doesn't suffer the same fate.
Then there's this model's 32GB of memory versus the other's 16GB, and the 13900 versus the 13700 of course. There's also a 4070 variant that bears all the same differences as well for $1,700 (SKU: 6548465)
