This company is very well regarded and trusted among flashlight enthusiasts. Yes, the 3500 lm is probably accurate, but this particular light gets very hot when running that bright and cannot sustain this brightness for long. I have this TS21 with 2700 k emmiters and it makes a beautiful high CRI (accurate color rendering) light, but I rarely use it because of the heat it produces.

The Wurkkos TS22 is similar to this TS21 design, but greatly improved the runtime, brightness, and heat issues. I bought and returned one though. Sustains excellent brightness without too much heat, but I didn't like its lowish CRI. Many people don't seem to mind that though.
You'd be better served by going to a flashlight forum, and posting how you're looking to purchase a light for a given price and type of use. I use the flashlights subreddit. Many people will probably make other suggestions in addition to the TS22.
