My store actually had the v3 marked to this price, I assume as a mistake, but that one has the led light, the wood pullout shelf and 18 gauge steel. Maybe you'll also get lucky and get the v3 for this price!
When the box gets loaded in your truck, make sure the drawers get locked, otherwise it'll fall over and almost drop onto the highway. I'm still in shock that one of the brackets held after fall and I didn't lose the top box on the road. It was hanging over the tailgate.
