OK, why the down votes?

This seems better than this previous Front Page deal...what am I missing?

Might still be a deal if you get the Allstate warranty offered on the item page?

Not defending bluetti but after having 0 customer service with two other brands, the best advice is never discharge 100% (aim for 15%), never charge and discharge at the same time, and never fully discharge! I broke two that way. One I was somehow able to fix by recharging a bunch but still.... No support after purchase

If they're not going to honor their warranty, then they should be blacklisted on SD imo.

If they do take care of the troubles with this order then Ill gladly take my comments back.
Did they ever take care of your troubled order?
If you ultimately received a refund or working unit, I wish you would take your comments back as you stated and hush up on their threads!
Every Bluetti thread, You post the same shit!
Sure, They had a bad streak with customer service, which crippled their customer service for months from Black Friday.

In my experience they have turned it around. Even on a botched order.
They usually have a 24 hour response time, because they are in China with a 12-15 hour time difference. I also believe they do not work/reply on the weekend.
I purchased the eBay Refurbished AC200MAX, It showed up looking brand new and performed flawlessly. I used it daily for nearly 1 month with ZERO issues.
I returned it with no problems with full refund and ordered their Refurbished AC300+B300.
This unit had a lot of scratches and stored alarm codes.
I made my concern very clear, that it should not be scratched this bad, and they agreed and I was to be given a different unit.
I immediately received a prepaid return label.
It took 7 days for shipping and return shipping back to me.
To my surprise and frustration, I received the same scratched unit back, but it was repaired and working, So you can now add repair time to that 7 day round trip shipping.
After another 24 hour email response, I was now to be given a BRAND NEW AC300.
Shipped the Refurb back and received a Brand New AC300.
Another positive side note, The B300 battery that I originally received was a BRAND NEW battery. Sure, I had multiple issues, But Bluetti took very good care of the situation.
I will say, They still have room for improvement, But it's minor. Every company or electronics manufacturer has issues somewhere.

Bottom line, I received pretty damn good customer service, with minor hoops to jump through. I paid $1,450 for a brand new AC300+B300 unit which best price I've ever seen is $2,200
Sure, Maybe I got lucky??? I know I got frustrated! But Bluetti handled it!!!

Thanks for sharing. I'm a happy AC300+B300 owner for a year now. Paid $2600 so you got an amazing deal.

Bought this unit from Walmart couple weeks ago, but then saw lower price. Asked for price match and they keep mumbling what price do you see in the card? What a shady company. Can't even return to Walmart because it requires their authorisation.

And this is their fault?
They don't have to honor a lower price! Although, it would have been nice.
You should have simply bought the lower priced unit, Then returned the other one to Crackmart! Very simple!!!

There always seem to be at least 1 poster in these power station deals that would seem like either they work for the company or got paid to promote the product. They would be the ones answering all the questions, defending the brand from negative reviews, and generally promoting the product talking about its features in detail and such. This poster seems like one of them so I would take his comments with a grain of salt.

I never had to deal with Bluetti tech support yet so can't comment, but I did have to deal with their customer service when I thought they didn't include a power cable when I bought one of their refurbished batteries. I requested another one to be sent out, and after a couple of dry responses, they did send another out. Took like almost a month because UPS lost the stupid package. So yea, positive experience with their customer service. Hope I never need to contact their tech support.
The few times I called their tech support, Surprisingly they answer very fast and based in the USA. Although, they read the troubleshooting procedures from a manual. None of it was helpful in my case, As I already tried everything multiple times prior to calling them. At this point, they start a ticket which is handled through email communication "I believe based out of China"
Since my purchase was through eBay, I immediately sent an eBay message to Bluetti, which was responded to that night.

That's what I wanted to do. But apparently you can't just return it to Walmart without blueetti approval, and they want me to pay for shipping.

Always read the terms and conditions!
I never make 3rd party purchases due to issues like you had.
It's usually better to spend a few more bucks, where returns are easy, no restocking fees and the seller pays for all shipping, or buyer able to return in-store.
