Wave When I click the "& more" link [target.com], it appears that some require the $35 minimum spend to ship and some don't. On my monitor, the "only ships with $35 orders" appears in lighter text above the "free shipping with Red Card"- in my screenshot, the 2 on the right have the minimum spend requirement and the 2 on the left don't.
