250nits. 3840x2160. Picture-by-Picture
1x HDMI

Seems to be this monitor: https://www.samsung.com/us/comput...xza/#specs

How does this compare to the LG or Acer UltraWide deals which are also starting Nov. 13?

Do not buy if you have a Macbook. I returned mine just this week because there are flicker issues whenever you watch content that is darker (i.e. movies or games or even a black page). Bought the IPS 32" LG instead that was on prime deal, even though it's not curved the image is a lot better & no flicker issues.

And just to clarify this isn't just a one off issue, most reviews will show that on the Costco website or for the non Costco model on other sites too.

I need a monitor that I can use for FPS gaming, photo and video editing (personal only, not professional). Is this good?

Get a high refresh rate 1440p you will be much happier. If you use Mac scaling will make it 1440 anyway

It only has hdmi and no displayport?

Is using a 32' 4k curved monitor much more comfortable than a 32' 4k monitor?

Anyone here have two 32' 4k curved monitor and if so... is it easy to put it side to side next to each other and it is easy to look at one screen to the other compared to say two 32' 4k monitor?

It also comes with DisplayPort cable. I assume "DP in" in the back of the monitor is Mini DisplayPort.

I wouldn't recommend this monitor for light gaming. Had this monitor before getting the m32uc gigabyte 4k 144hz.

Biggest difference was actually being able to see colors. If you looking for similar price range, the 1440p option goes for 250 on amazon.

When my gamers visit (former foster kids), they all flock to the 1ms monitor that I have, fighting over it. I'm old I cannot tell the difference, but I can't kill them in fortnite very often either.
gamers = 1ms, this item is a 4ms.

I bought this monitor when it was released.
It's an okayish monitor.
You can see the screen going grey, not black, and also the backlighting is significantly noticeable.

Curved monitors are substantially better than flat monitors for exactly this and mean viewing angles are not as important. I'd rather have 2 curved 32" 1440p monitors than 2 flat 32" 4k monitors if doing productive work due to the reduced eye strain and improved viewing angles.

For eye strain specifically- due to the curvature, your eyes don't have to refocus on distance as often. All text is approximately the same size everywhere. It's been a godsend for me during the pandemic.

I have this monitor and it works great for a PC (windows 10 and 11). The MacBook pro hooks up to this too but 4k is very small and I'll blame this on Mac os for not be able to scale all that well to 4k resolutions. The screen is fine, but since this is not an IPS, I can see it lags behind a bit and is not as rich as other screens. Overall I am happy and have been using this for 3 years now.

I have two 27" curved monitor that I use for work. It really helps with seeing the edge, I was having to move my neck too much and strain on the eyes on two flat screens. Two curved 32" may be a little too much? But this is Costco so return is easy. I'd say go for it.

This is a pretty monitor but doesn't perform well in terms of black level. It's good for productivity. It does not have any mounting options.

Yes, I use two 32-in ch 4K curved monitors from Dell for about 2 years. Works fantastic! I love it.
