Cutters and lighters - xikar makes excellent produces but are pricey. If you are on a budget, get something cheap off Amazon or eBay. Both will do the job.

Cutter? I love my Cigarism V-cut cutter [a.co]. It's heavy and well built and cuts perfect every time. Now that I've discovered v-cutting, it's pretty much the only way for me.
Lighters are highly personal so depends on if you want soft flame or jet (or both) in a lighter. I go with a lighter like this [a.co] and they last forever. I've bought more expensive lighters and they break and it's hard to get them serviced for a score of reasons.
