I don't recognize the New World cigar but the rest of these are solid respectable sticks. "Top shelf" is marketing hyperbole but these are much better than the usual bundles, which may have two or three great cigars and the rest are duds.
And the price makes this excellent.

They offered a $7 triple jet torch when I put the sampler in the cart. Can't speak for quality, but price is decent and it seems like it shows the fuel level, which is a must have in my book. Plastic cutter is $1-2 at every store.

Humi - the sky's the limit. You can buy a real one or make one at home using Tupperware or any sealed container. Just get a Boveda pack(s) based on # of sticks and throw it in with cigars and trust they are getting proper humidity.

Cutters and lighters - xikar makes excellent produces but are pricey. If you are on a budget, get something cheap off Amazon or eBay. Both will do the job.
