Color of the uni-ball pens is usually black. The top button which retracts the point is usually color matched with that of the ink.

Very sorry everyone. I searched for black on Amazon hoping to get the same deal as the blue ones from Walmart and it looks like I just focused on the pictures instead of looking at the details as you all mentioned. Thank you all for correcting me. I apologize for my lack of attention to the details on the Amazon sale page itself.
I used to exclusively use 207s, but they always stop working when the ink well is half full. I've tried putting the point under a flame, but that didn't work. I'll be looking for a new brand once I use up my current stock.

Have you tried the Uni-Ball Vision Elite? They smear a bit for me but are by far my favorite pens.
