Or just use their "service direct" program to print a free shipping label, send it to them, and get a new or repaired one back in a week or two. For batteries, it's just a quick phone call and new ones are on their way. It may not be called a "warranty", but the LSA is the best power tool lifetime service and support program available.

I got the first 3 steps, but there's no option to cancel the order. It only has a 'Buy Again' option. Does it take time for 'cancel order' to show up?
Try it on desktop. Or click on Account Dashboard and then View Details under latest orders. That is how I found the ability to cancel.

Do you have to wait until the order is ready for pickup before it can be canceled?

Mine are both ready for pickup and I can't cancel. In the pickup email, it said Click Here to cancel but it just took me to the order page with no cancel option. I've tried desktop, Mobile app and Mobile website.

I'll just pick up the inflator and let the battery expire next week

Does anyone currently have this, and could comment on the plastic quick connect nozzle?

Curious on if it seals well and if it has lasted any amount of time of general use.
I have it. The quick connect chuck is junk and super aggravating. However, the unit has worse problems than the chuck. Just last week, the dial that allows you to set the fill pressure stopped working. It can still be used manually holding the trigger down, but that defeats the whole purpose of this inflator for me. I purchased the unit in November 2021 and it has seen only sparing use.

I've had it for 2.5 years now and use it regularly. Gets thrown in the back of my 4Runner frequently. The Chuck has been fine for me. It is a bit fiddly, but once you "learn" it, it works with no leaks and locks on tightly. And relating to the other comment about the ring, that has worked fine as well. I haven't dropped it or anything else so I'm not sure how it would hold up to that…

Same. I got one in December of 21. Super convenient. Chuck has been fine. It's survived a number of cross country trips thrown in the back of the van. It's a bit loud, but I figured it would be compared to an air compressor that it's replacing. It sooooo convenient to not have to drag a compressor out to top up a tire or fill up a ball or whatever smaller job you might have.

the design of the locking mechanism to the valve stem isn't great. It's hit and miss that it will go on just right to create the proper seal and if it's not on right, you end up deflating more than inflating. It's also a pretty large diameter end so it can have clearance issues around things like hubcaps. I put an extension on mine. Anything like this will work: https://www.amazon.com/KIEVODE-In...167&sr=8-8

I've had this unit for about a year. The quick connect might be better termed the "hard to connect". The shrader connector is VERY hard to connect and the unit is VERY loud and seems to take forever to inflate anything ... especially a tire.

50cents at the local gas station to use the air pump. Many stations have it for free.

This thing? $50 and doesn't even come with a battery OR charger. You'd have to go to the $100 bundle to get those!

So that's 200 trips to the gas station to get air before you'd break even. Let's say you go once a month, because you buy cheap tires and run over nails for fun (normal folks need to put air in their tires once or twice a year, at most). At once a month, that's 12 trips a year. You'd break even in roughly 16.66 years.

Even at an excessive once a week, 52x a year, that's 3.8 years before breaking even.

----

Let's say you spend $1 per air refill, and let's factor in $3 in fuel/time costs -- that's $4 a trip. That's 25 visits to the gas station. Most people go 1-2 times a year for JUST air, so let's say double that and say 4x a year. That's 6.25 years to break even factoring all the other costs.

But let's be real, we're going to the gas station at least once a week for fuel. We'd just take care of any low tire pressure issues while already there.

This is probably the best battery powered inflater on the market. We use ours with an adapter and 20v DeWalt batteries. (since we are mostly invested in DeWalt tools)

What about convenience and using the inflator for inflating other things?
