Also, make sure to inspect it when it arrives. They sent me 2 damaged fridges the first time. Note, this is a $160 fridge 😜, if you want one that can stand anything… you will pay $1k or more
I'm curious. Are you suggesting it's not a "$600" fridge as the original price suggests? I would get one to replace my Galanz that is just too small for my office. We have a Vissani in our kitchen for drinks and love it, but that one is $450
In 4 2, one for the porch, one for the attic. YOu guys expect too much for $164.... If it lasts 2, 3 years, it's a win in my view. It's today's times. Things look stylish, but are cheaply made.
Well, first of all, the RCA fridge is no longer available. Secondly, the Vissani is an outdoor-rated fridge, so it has different specifications (to withstand outdoor use).

You could tie it to a sensor and smart plug to cut power if temp hits 34 degrees or so. Just not sure it would insulate what "heat" it has enough to prevents contents from freezing.
I almost bit on this one, but living in Western NY it's got to be able to tolerate freezing temps and horrendous weather. According to Vissani Customer Care in the Q&A on Home Depot page it has a minimum operating temp of 32F.
If it is under 32, is the cold weather going to damage the unit that is not running? Wondering if the outside components are that fragile that through the winter they will break down simply because it goes to like 20 degrees etc?
If it doesnt, it will all still work out and save some electricity in those months.....
Does outdoor make this waterproof from any rain etc...?
Needed one to store some CBD products out of the home on a temp basis but already sold out, ugh... would have been perfect esp in Florida... been looking for something like this
My shipped via OnTrac -- question: is this delivery service where I'd need to be home to acdept the shipment? Because looks like delivery is scheduled tomorrow and I won't be home til late.....
